Vacancies exists for personnel with previous aviation and related experience in the Public Safety / Law Enforcement sector. The position focuses mainly on onsite UAS "drone" flights / PIC for select clientele.

This position will report to the Head of Department: Airborne Operations.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Flight Operations: Planning, execution / oversight, and reporting.
- On-site client relations.
- Communication with clientele and other roleplayers; i.e. FACT, ATNS, SACAA, etc.
- Post flight administration and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Aviation Experience; _**CPL preferred,**_ RPC or PPL minimum.
- _**General radio licence preferred.**_
- Good foundation knowledge and understanding of the UAS "drone" industry in South Africa.
- Code B drivers licence - _(held for 3 years - preferred)_
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Self-motivated and a strong problem solver
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory) and Afrikaans (preferred)
- _**Willingness to work shift type hours and weekends / public holidays, as well as standby shifts.**_
- Clean criminal record _- mandatory requirement_
- _RPC MR with BVLOS - preferred additional qualification_
- AVSEC - _preferred qualification_
- Medical Class 3 minimum _- mandatory requirement_
- PSIRA Grade C, CRM, ICS 100 _- preferred additional qualifications_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
