- Drivers' license.
- 5 years' construction experience.
- Concrete base experience
- Rebar and plinth experience
- Reading drawings and building according to specs given

General knowledge in the following:

- Brickwork.
- Tiling.
- Plastering.
- Electrical.
- Plumbing.
- Ceilings.
- Windows.
