**Introduction**

Momentum Metropolitan Holdings (MMH) is a South African based financial services group listed on the South African stock exchange, the JSE. The group operates in the market through multiple client-facing brands including insurance and investment brands Metropolitan and Momentum, South Africa’s number one cell captive insurer Guardrisk and wellness & rewards program Multiply.

**Role Purpose**

**Requirements**:

- BSc/B. Eng or B.Tech degree in computer science, electrical engineering, process engineering or Information Technology or equivalent will be an advantage.
- Security certification (e.g CEH, OSCP) will be an advantage.
- 5 years’ IT development experience required.
- Minimum one years’ practical experience with CI/CD required.

**Duties & Responsibilities**

**ANALYSE AND ASSESS POTENTIAL INFORMATION SECURITY RISKS**:

- Develop and provide examples for and guidance on maturing SDLC across environments (e.g. on premise and cloud) and development languages.
- Provide insight into and oversight of solutions being developed or procured across the group
- Assist teams in developing prototype solutions where required
- Develop development best practice guidance notes and standards as required.
- Identify training needs and opportunities and provide or facilitate training.
- Assist teams to identify cyber risks relating to development and find appropriate solutions to address identified risks.

**ENABLE CLIENT CENTRICITY WITHIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY**:

- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver agreements to ensure that expectations are managed.
