**Job Overview**
The clerk position requires a suitable qualified individual who will be able to work under pressure, strong attention to detail and is able to take responsibility for all matters relating to the litigation department.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Able to work on Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
- Research case law
- Attend to matters in court
- Drafting of legal documents (under supervision)
- Provide court tracking assistance
**Qualifications**
- Matric/Grade 12/National Senior Certificate
- No criminal record
- Previous experience working on Legalsuite advantageous
- Strong Excel skills
- Able to take direction and work well with a team
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Driver’s License
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Durbanville, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- High School (matric) (required)
