**Reporting to: Operations Manager**
- The primary responsibility of the Supply Chain Coordinator is to manage inventory and monitor materials and services to support Production and support services. The Supply Chain Coordinator will follow inventory management processes, protocols, and practices to ensure adequate stock to support production; develop a vendor roster; introduce improvements and upgrades; and ensure alignment with production and distribution.**Key Job Functions (but not limited to)**:
**Planning**:

- Plan jobs based on sales forecast.- Develop weekly production schedules to make sure production schedules are met.- Planning and prioritizing operation to ensure maximum performance.- Monitor Jobs to make sure they will finish on time.- Collaborate with quality, warehouse, and other staff members.- Raw material and packaging needed to cover the production plan.- Informing relevant departments of current production schedule changes.- Liaise with Chain store on their orders, and when stock would be ready for collection.- Advise sales when stock will be ready if products are OOS.**Warehouse**:
- Draw up a warehouse management system that is aligned to the requirements of the business and food safety- Accountable for all stock that is in the warehouse - Raw materials, Packaging materials, Work in progress and Finished goods- Managing receiving of raw material and packaging for the company- Managing the process of stock allocation, stock consolidation.- Managing staging of batches to Production following FIFO and FEFO system.- Managing allergen system in the warehouse. Responsible for yard Housekeeping and Waste disposal.- ON Job training and Coaching Warehouse personnel- Managing dispatch of finished goods from factory- Responsible for Ordering CHEP pallets- Updating of all CHEP pallet movements on the Portfolio platform.- Monthly costing review of pricing on the various suppliers and transporters.- Managing monthly stock take and weekly cycle count.- Managing Warehouse Machinery.- Managing Finished goods warehouse, including stock movements into and out of warehouse.- Creating SCT for finished goods moving out of warehouse to all regional warehouses.- Planning and dispatching of replenishment stocks to all external Distribution warehouses in all regions from- Responsible for Health and safety in both warehouses- Provide continuous feedback to team of out of stocks.- Identify threats & vulnerabilities that can pose a risk to the business and report to the Operations Manager.- Manage and update all require spreadsheets and information documentation for management on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.- Make sure that all records pertaining to the process are completed accurately and on time, signed off and submitted
- make sure no records are submitted incomplete**Food Safety and Quality**:

- Ensure you are of all control measures on CCP - fryer & the metal detectors & OPRPs to ensure food safety & quality.- Ensure you can interpret the results of monitoring control measure in their respective role.- Ensure you understand food safety incidents and follow correct safety measures.- Ensure you can identify threats & vulnerabilities that are to pose a risk to the business and report to their direct supervisor.- Make sure that all records pertaining to the process are completed accurately and on time - make sure no records are submitted incomplete to the document controller.- Work with the QC departments to resolve non-conformances.- Work with the QC department to prepare and participate in audits and present own documentation.- Enforce QMP rules on a daily basis.-
**Inherent Requirements**

**Knowledge and Experience Required**:

- Grade 12 or Equivalent qualification- National Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain or Operations Management or Equivalent qualification- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar role- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and complete goals within stringent timeframes.- Customer service and vendor management experience.- Planning, organising and logistics experience.- Coordinator role**Person Profile, Skills, and Attitude**:
