What's this role about?

To be able to play the role of techno functional delivery partner working with different client stakeholders and should be able to engage and provide consulting service IT and business owners of the client. While working as a SPOC for the client stakeholders, this role requires extensive coordination and collaboration with internal account and practice teams.

Here's how you'll contribute:

- Collaborate with business and technology client stakeholders to understand their goals and identify opportunities
- Understands the technology roadmaps and strategies of different client tracks that align with the business goals and provide thought leadership and guidance on technology solutions to support the organizations and client growth and efficiency.
- Closely work with the teams (delivery as well different practice teams) to collaborate for the different client initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and vendor solutions to effectively evaluate and recommend new and emerging technologies that can enhance the organization's capabilities leading to increased opportunities with the clients

Here's a breakdown of the responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their onboarding, recruiting, and job design needs.

2. System Configuration: Configure Workday modules related to onboarding, recruiting, and job design to align with organizational requirements.

4. Integration: Ensure seamless integration between Workday and other HR systems to facilitate data flow and process automation.

5. Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and HR staff on using Workday functionalities effectively.

6. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to configurations, processes, and best practices.

7. Support: Provide ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and assist with system enhancements.

8. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize Workday reporting tools to generate insights and metrics related to onboarding, recruiting, and job design.

Qualifications:
1. Workday Certification: Possession of relevant Workday certifications (e.g., Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, Workday Onboarding).

2. Experience: Proven experience of more than 8 years in implementing and supporting Workday modules, particularly Onboarding, Recruiting, and Job Design.

3. HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and regulations.

4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and other Workday tools. Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and other integration technologies is a plus.

5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
