**Responsibilities**:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in hair styling, cutting, coloring, and treatments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and fulfilling clients' needs and desires.
- Perform a variety of technical services including highlights, color treatments, balayage, Brazilian blowouts, and more, to achieve clients' desired looks.
- Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, preferences, and lifestyle, providing expert advice and recommendations.
- Create personalized hair designs that enhance clients' natural features and reflect current fashion trends.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.
- Act as a mentor to junior stylists, sharing knowledge and providing guidance to help them grow in their careers.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand skills and stay current with industry advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Senior Stylist in a reputable salon.
- Proficiency in a wide range of technical services including coloring, highlighting, balayage, and Brazilian blowouts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for creativity and staying ahead of fashion trends.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Certification in cosmetology or relevant field is preferred.

**Salary**: R5 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
