_**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:_

The Fleet Manager (FM) is responsible to navigate all plumbing work by delegating certain plumbing jobs to teams that are best suited for the Job. The FM is the head of the department that ensures the department runs according to Company Policy and manages the daily workflow to maximise profitability. The FM is essentially responsible for maintaining sales by means of ensuring their teams are fully booked throughout the day.
- **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:_

**1.** **Customer Service**
- Liaise with customers on all jobs logged and keeping the customer updated until the job is closed.
- Ensure teams receive customer approval for work to be done before the job commences.
- After sales customer service

**2. Managing of staff**
- Ensuring staff adhere to work schedule.
- Managing the Plumbing diary to ensure all the teams have work at all times.
- Responsible for the profitability of all work conducted in the department.
- Daily updates on teams’ availability to other business units.
- Ensuring good presentation of road staff, vehicles, books, tools etc.
- Ensuring Company policies are adhered to by staff and handling of disciplinary procedures immediately through HR.

**3.** **Administration**:

- Quotations and Reports from the teams must be completed within 24 hours.
- Ensure diary is kept up-to-date and all paperwork is handed in daily and processed.
- Assist stores with the booking of stock and tool checks.
- Assist workshop with the booking in of vehicles for servicing
- **Key Skills required**:_
- Have excellent customer service.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have a high level of administrative skills.
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- 3-5 years staff management experience
- Ability to work in a highly pressurised environment with strict deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise.
- Attention to detail.
- Be available to work long and irregular hours including 24 Hour Cell phone Standby.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R150,000.00 - R180,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Table View, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Staff management: 3 years (required)
