Plumber

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipes, valves, fittings, and fixtures.
- Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues, assess damage, and determine appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Diagnose plumbing problems and develop solutions, including troubleshooting leaks, clogs, and other issues.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to coordinate plumbing installations and repairs in construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards in all plumbing activities.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including materials used, hours worked, and services provided.
- Use plumbing tools and equipment safely and effectively, following proper procedures and precautions.
- Respond to emergency plumbing calls and provide timely assistance to clients as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in plumbing systems and techniques.
- Provide guidance and training to junior plumbers and apprentices as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
