A well-known fashion accessories business is looking for a Sandton-based In-house Sales Representative to join their team.

Their nationwide distribution has grown to surpass any other accessory company with listings in all the major retailers, independents and pharmacies. Their perseverance for excellent service, innovation, creativity and retail rapid rack replenishment expertise has resulted in numerous “supplier of the year” awards.

**Position overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using Excel spreadsheets.
- Review photographs related to customer orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain organized records of customer orders and interactions.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
- Provide feedback to the sales manager regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications & Skills required**:

- Post Graduate degree i.e. Bachelor's
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service roll.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus but not required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R16 000,00 per month
