Located in Grabouw, Kromco is one of the main players in the sorting, packaging and marketing of pome fruit and is seeking a professional and trustworthy Personal Assistant who will primarily support the CEO of Kromco.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PERSONAL ASSISTANT**:
**_The role will consist of but not limited to the following for the CEO:_**
- Diary management: keeping track of weekly schedule/tasks and sending reminders
- Board meetings: Compiling, proofreading and editing quarterly reports for the company Directors, arranging lunch and doing meeting set up
- Preparation of agendas, taking minutes and actioning items for follow-up
- Managing telephone calls, using initiative to identify alternative contacts where required
- Act as the point of contact among employees, shareholders, producers and clients
- Responsible for the company’s website, social media and promoting the company’s brand
- Organising and coordinating staff events
- Coordinating travel/accommodation arrangements, liaising with our travel agency and developing detailed itineraries, and business visas (for CEO and Managers)
- Running errands for the CEO, in addition to weekly tasks needed
- Maintain an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents

**_As Personal Assistant your experience/skills includes:_**
- At least 3-5 years’ work experience as a Personal Assistant, or similar role
- Tertiary qualification in relevant field (e.g. Diploma/Degree in Office Administration or similar)
- Adapting your PA style to suit the needs of company Managers and Directors
- Performing with a high level of accuracy, proofreading and editing
- Strong attention to detail and excellent language skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Fluent in Afrikaans and English)
- Experience with business visas
- Resilience - the ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and standard of work
- Energetic and willing to take initiative
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Team player - the ability to engage with the team and to provide support/flexibility
- Using MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Google Gsuite (Gmail/Google Meet/Docs/Sheets etc.)
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Experience working with branding and print companies is advantageous.
- Organise and maintain the office filing system
- Management of company website/social media
- Graphic design experience will be beneficial
- A great understanding of the Agriculture-language/culture is preferred
