**Latitudes Online Webmaster Position**

**Job Summary**:
The Webmaster serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the organisation’s website, handling a range of responsibilities that may include web design and development, routine site and content maintenance, and various updates to ensure the website aligns with the goals and objectives of the company.

**_Duties/Responsibilities:_**
- Serves as the primary contact for all aspects of the organisation’s website.
- Serves as the primary contact between the company and the organisation’s contracted web development firm.
- Encourages and facilitates consistent, creative, and unified web design across the organisation’s online properties.
- Collects and analyses web analytics and similar data; identifies opportunities to improve search engine optimisation (SEO), time on site, web traffic, and other relevant metrics.
- Assists employees with use of company website through one-on-one support, user guides, and training sessions.
- Maintains current knowledge of best practices and emerging developments in web design, web development, and technology.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**_Required Skills/Abilities:_**:

- _ -Knowledge of website management, analytics, design.
- Some knowledge of SEO best practices and standards
- Some experience with Magento would be beneficial but is not a requirement.
- Proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of JavaScript; some knowledge of PHP and MySQL would be a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month
