We are seeking motivated and entry-level individuals to join our team as Customer Acquisition Trainees to handle inbound calls, nurture leads, and convert them into happy AnyVan customers.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to understand customer needs, and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Handle inbound calls from potential customers.
- Nurture leads by understanding their requirements and positioning AnyVan's services as the ideal solution.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to build value, upsell, and convert leads into customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the Customer Acquisition Manager to share insights, strategies, and best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and potential areas for improvement.

**Skills and experience we think you’ll need to be successful in the role**:

- 0-3 years of sales experience, preferably in an inbound call handling role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of customer acquisition strategies.
- Knowledge of inbound lead management would be beneficial

**Working Schedule**:

- UK Hours **(Start times may vary, dependent on seasons and peak times for AnyVan)**:

- Two Weekend days per month and two Mondays off per month (5 day working week)

**Our Working Patterns for this role**:

- All our sales roles are fully office based so it's essential you can easily commute to our offices on Floor 20, The Towers, Hertzog Boulevard, Cape Town, 8001 for work

**Working Schedule**:

- UK Hours **(Start times may vary, dependent on seasons and peak times for AnyVan)**:

- Two Weekend days per month and two Mondays off per month (5 day working week)

**The Interview process and what to expect**:

- Step 1. An initial 15 min phone interview
- Step 2. A deep dive interview focusing on capability, followed by an online maths and English assessment online
- Step 3. Attend an assessment day in person in our Cape Town Office.
