- To assume accountability for the direction and market position for Nedbank Wealth Management SA. To craft a brand positioning strategy which positions Wealth Management SA as a thought leader in the Wealth Management banking space. Effectively take the key commercial objectives of Wealth Management SA and translate them into an annual strategic marketing plan. To identify the appropriate media channels to deliver marketing campaigns for Wealth Management SA in an effective and efficient manner. Oversee the implementation of campaigns, working with the appropriate marketing COEs / agile squads.**Responsibilities**:
**Develop marketing strategies to deliver business objectives**:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that enable Wealth Management SA to compete in the markets and grow market share.
- Ensure that the strategic plans are implemented and operationalised.
- Contribute to the overall business unit performance by working as part of the Manco.
- Support Wealth Management SA in delivering on the targeted figures.
- Identify and test new ideas to explore new marketing opportunities for growth.
- Working with the COE to generate actionable insights that will drive the marketing strategy.
- Develop, manage, and track the budget to achieve marketing and business objectives.
- Ensure client experience journeys are effective and optimised
- Contribute to the overall business unit performance by working as part of the Wealth Management Divco

**Establish Guardrails**:

- Track performance of the delivery teams/ squads and hold them accountable.
- Ensure the constructs of risk, governance and compliance are addressed.

**Oversee the Wealth Management SA missions**:

- Empower delivery teams/ squads to make decisions and recommend tailored solutions to Business Unit specific problems.
- Raise the profile, manage the presence of Wealth Management SA across the various market sectors.

**Stakeholder management**:

- Build and sustain relationships to ensure satisfied shareholders and stakeholders.
- To create a climate of teamwork and cross-cluster co-operation to enable improved campaign results.

**People Specification**
- Essential Qualifications - NQF Level- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Preferred Qualification- Post graduate degree in Marketing or Commerce- Essential Certifications- Minimum Experience Level- 7 - 10 years total number of years of experience.
- 3 - 5 years management experience
- Experience in developing marketing strategies and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
