Senior Bee Advisor

A B-BBEE consulting firm in Waverley, Johannesburg is seeking a Senior BEE Advisor to join their team.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Expert B-BEEE legislation knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of different sector codes.
- Advisory on the system to ensure best B-BBEE score as well as B-BBEE (on-site and remote).
- Client Webinar Presentations on Codes of Good Practice and Charters.
- Conducting group training sessions on the system.
- Support and Assistance on the system from time to time.
- Testing of system (when time permits).
- Analysis of financial, supply chain, skills development, and payroll information to determine the clients’ adherence to regulatory requirements and to determine risks and confirm gaps.
- Monitor implementation of Strategic Plans and provide feedback on B-BBEE scores, improvements, and risks.
- Development of Strategic Plans for Transformation objectives for the client.
- Pre and Post Audit file reviews.
- Audit Support Services.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree or any Related Qualification.
- B-BBEE MDP Qualification.
- Experience working as a technical signatory preferred.
- Experience working at a verification agency with clients in the financial sector or companies listed on the JSE.
- At least 8-10 years experience in B-BBEE consulting or verification roles.
- Proficient in key areas of B-BBEE verification and advisory across various industries.
- Experience in dealing with large and complex corporates.

Pay: R600 000,00 - R800 000,00 per year
