New venue opening this coming season just outside of Paarl, Western Cape.
We are seeking experienced and professional fine dining head waiters/waitresses to join our team.
**Requirements**:
- High school certificate or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience as a fine dining waiter/waitress or in a related field
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
- Knowledge of food and wine, including the ability to make recommendations based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately and consistently
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Professional appearance, including the ability to adhere to a dress code
