**Key Requirements**:
- Financial Transactions:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Verify and reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and follow up on customer payments.
- Bank Reconciliation:
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Payroll Processing:
- Process employee payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of employee earnings and deductions.
- Tax Compliance:
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws affecting the company.
- Financial Reporting:
- Prepare and generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance
sheets.
- Provide insights into financial trends and forecasts.
- Record Maintenance:
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Ensure records are up-to-date and accessible for audits.
- Budgeting Support:
- Collaborate with management in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Provide financial information to assist in decision-making.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
