Monitoring and maintenance of networks and servers.
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to fit the needs of the company.
- Implementing security policies and procedures to protect against potential attacks.
- Creating user accounts and controlling access.
- Diagnostic testing and debugging processes are performed.
- Process documentation, as well as data backup and archiving.
- Creating processes for data retrieval and recovery.
- Creating and deploying effective end-user feedback and error reporting systems.
- Supervising and coaching staff in the IT department, as well as providing IT assistance.
- Keeping up-to-date of technological advances and best practices in IT administration.

Pay: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Administrator: 2 years (preferred)
