Aftersales Consultant

**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

An Independent and extremely well-established high-end motor dealership is looking for a Service Advisor to join their family-feel workshop team. We are in search of a well-presented and articulate Service Advisor proficient in a DMS with at least 2 years of experience, dedicated to delivering a professional service experience to customers while facilitating effective communication between customers, parts, and service departments to achieve mutual goals.

**Job Requirements.**
Matric Certificate

A valid Drivers License

Certificated Service Advisor Training (Highly advantageous)

Must have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership

Above-average customer service skills

Exceptionally well-groomed, presented and articulate

Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Have a clear understanding of Workshop Service Advisor duties

Have working knowledge of DMS

A stable work history
