_**HR ADMIN ASSISTANT**_
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Knowledge and experience in dealing with HR matters
- Must be fully conversant in the Basic Conditions of Employment Act and the LRA
- Processing of wages on VIP Payroll for +/- 120 employees
- Loading of new employees on VIP payroll
- Termination of employees on VIP Payroll and processing of final salary
- Updating of all relevant HR and Payroll employee information on system
- Handle and resolve all payroll queries efficiently
- Responsible for generating UIF documentation for termination of employment, maternity leave etc.
- UIF UI19 and Certificate of Service
- Personnel filing
- Processing administration and follow up of IOD cases
- Loading of new employees onto the Eco Time clocking system
**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- HR Qualification
- Tertiary
- **Must have 3+ years experience on VIP Payroll System**:
- Must have knowledge of the Eco Time clocking system
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- The position requires strong organizational/time management skills and close attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written commnication
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Contactable references
Salary will be commensurate with your qualifications and experience
