**Job Advert Summary**:
To be responsible for controlling the site’s codification process, technical and operational documentation, procedures, including drawings and changes.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Grade 12, (N3 or T1)
- 4 Years’ experience after qualification of which 2 years with Rand Water and 2 years further in configuration
- Management and codification training or similar
- Working knowledge of engineering drawing and codification system
- Exposure to computerised maintenance management system
- Exposure to reliability - centre maintenance

**Primary Duties**:

- Develop, implement and control the Change Controlling System
- Co-ordinate plant modification procedures
- Understanding of a Maintenance Management System
- Codification Audits (Walkdowns)

**Knowledge**:

- Working knowledge of engineering drawings
- Change control procedure and ISO 9000
- Configuration Management System
- WKS Codification

**Skills**:
