We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced litigation associate to join our team in Claremont, Cape Town. We focus on delivering high quality legal services and working cohesively and harmoniously as a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interact with clients and key stakeholders in a professional and effective manner
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members
- Work closely with the team to ensure efficient case management
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and attend court proceedings as required
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

**Requirements**:

- Admitted attorney with at least 2 years’ PQE in a litigation practice
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure
- Ability to work independently and oversee portfolios
- MS Office expertise, particularly with Word and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy under pressure
- Valid driver's license and own means of transportation
