Khula intends to roll out a fast track program for suitably qualified Khula advisors from 2023

Further we intend to identify advisors with leadership potential and assist them to set up their Bluestar businesses

We are also in discussions with Inseta about a Khula Internship program

CONTEXT
All of the above require us to broaden the base of graduates who hold at least a relevant qualification and who pass our normal interviews and assessments

To this end we are starting to appoint a limited number of graduates in Khula in all the regions

While they will likely come in young, without cars or work experience, we believe their progress curve will be steeper given the support we intend to give them coupled with their potential as well as academic background page | 2
