**Eduvos **is looking to hire the services of an Information Technology Lecturer at our Potchefstroom campus.

**Type of appointment**:
Independent Contractor

**Purpose**:

- To lecture Information Technology-related modules, in the IT faculty on a fixed term basis.
- To assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department.

**Minimum qualifications required**:
BSc Information Technology / Computer Science / Hons with suitable majors in Programming (Java, Python, C#,Mobile Programming,) and Networking(Python Networking, Understanding configuration of network security)

Added advantage of any CompTIIA certifications

Soft Skills for IT Professionals

**Responsibilities**:

- Lecturing
- General administration
- Setting and marking of assessments
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials

**Experience**:

- Relevant lecturing experience
- Necessary knowledge of higher education practices and processes
