- Ensuring compliance with external, internal, and legal requirements

**Minimum Requirements**:

- National Diploma in Safety Management with plant and mining experience
- Valid driver’s license
- 1-2 years on Safety, Health and Environmental Management System in a manufacturing or mining environment

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct SHE Audits and Inspections
- Conduct and facilitate risk assessments
- Conducts SHE is training and induction training
- Managing contractors
- Manage security activities.
- Conduct safety promotions
- safety poster, safety videos
- Administer SHE reps and arrange SHE meetings
- Conduct environmental monitoring - water samples
- Ensure legal appointments are in place, updated and current
- Administer meeting minutes
- Keep all risk-related documentation up to date and filed
- Assist with preparation of month end statistics
- Create and maintain graphs, documents, and spreadsheets
- Administer and manage Databases, Non-conformance, Action Management and Document control
