Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is currently looking for** Ambulance Emergency Assistant Practitioners (AEA/ILS) **to work **part-time** shifts at a private emergency services facility in **Worcester **in the **Western Cape** province.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Ambulance Emergency Assistant qualification is essential
- Professional registration with the HPCSA as an AEA/ILS
- A valid drivers’ license (including a Public Drivers Permit - PrDP)
- Previous work experience within an Emergency Medical Services environment is essential
- 1 year's AEA/ILS operational experience will be advantageous
- Sound knowledge of the EMS environment
- Working knowledge and experience of Patient Report Forms
- Upholds high ethical and professional standards
- Follows instruction and adheres to procedures
- Works accurately and thoroughly by attending to detail
- Responds constructively to pressure and perseveres through challenges
- Collaborates with and supports colleagues in order to achieve shared goals
- Strives to identify and deliver on clients' needs and a continued focus on the client experience

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensures operational readiness for emergency calls
- Administers patient care in line with the AEA/ILS scope of practice
