Atp Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Compile and Maintain CPAC Documentation for all Build Projects
- Conduct checks of all Optical Test work submitted by contractors for all Sites
- Conduct checks of As Build documentation once finalized by planning to make sure that it speaks to the relevant ATP data submitted by the Build Contractor. Important as to improve efficiency for Technicians once Handover is completed to Maintenance Department
- Provide department improvement proposals, proposed corrective action to improve function and efficiency
- Follow up to ensure that Contractors are submitting Build documentation on time as to achieve submission within the given Project Periods and Forecasted Handover Dates.
- Report on Contractor performance where repetitive matters are not being addressed according to company requirements.
- Attend meetings when required on behalf of the Company's SHEQ department - Management meetings, Technical meetings (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Investigation and Corrective Actions Reporting
- Coordinate and participate in workshops with Contractors, Suppliers to assist in improving the department on a continuous basis
- Investigate and conclude that all CPAC checklists are completed correctly and to company specification working hand in hand with Planning and PMO Departments
- Provide detailed audit reports with findings. Identify non-conformities and provide corrective action measures to prevent re-occurrence.
- Assist in developing all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the SHEQ & Maintenance Management System to be compliant
- Ensure Projects HOD is kept up to date on all matters
- Monitor contractor performance and work sites by conducting site visits and audits and compiling relevant reports. Escalate matters of concern
- Maintaining and updating all relevant department administrative folders
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Ensuring quality conformance to specifications, designs and customer requirements is met
- Inspecting and approving installations on home installs on the SOLID system
