**About the Role**:
**Financial Objectives**:
Achieving growth for the companyin terms of market share and profitability.

Effectively communicating and revising the companiesfinancial objectives.

**Strategic direction**:
Determine short
- and long-term strategic goals and priorities.

Formulation andimplementing themarketing strategy.

Optimal management and utilization of the assets.

Analyzing policies, processes, and practices to identify risks and necessary measures.

**Strategic engagement with stakeholders**:
Continuous liaison with the Board, Executive Management, shareholders, business chambers, government institutions, suppliers and members of management to establish and nurture long-term relationships and strengthen the identity of the companywithin the Groupas well as independently.

Ongoing support and advice to management teams, shareholders, internal and external clients to create a healthy work environment where the full potential of employees are utilized and developed.

Represent the companyon public forums and at meetings where necessary while conveying a positive image of the Companies(Brand) to clients.

Build synergy with other divisions within the Group.

Regularly visiting important clients and suppliers to maintain long-term relationships.

**Operational involvement and direction**:
Cultivating strong relationships within the company to ensure smooth plant operation.

Creating a healthy culture (Ethos) within the companyorganization.

Managing profit margins in collaboration with the marketing team.

Monitor performance of the companyusing key metrics and prepare reports for relevant stakeholders.

Managing and controlling capital and operational expenses in line with company objectives.

Profitable management of the Companies(overall, against budget, previous year, and against targets).

Ensuring necessary structures and resources for growth

Effective management of inventory.

Facilitating and coordinating the human resource function within the relevant departments.

Monitoring, progressing, and handling ad hoc projects, as well as specific tasks, within established budgets.

**Requirements and Skills**:
Relevant tertiary/postgraduate qualification(s).

At least 10 years of Executive Management experience.

Proven alignment of strategic, operational, and financial goals.

Strong financial skills.

Insight and vision in the packaging and agriculture industry.

Effective conflict management.

Comprehensive networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ethical values, consistency, and integrity.

Leadership and change management.

Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement.

Commercial acumen and business understanding.

Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management.

Team player with a commitment to Groupsculture.
