Join a young and dynamic team of Travel Account Managers based in the buzzing city center of Cape Town. **The company **offers clients a personal villa expert to source their dream rental. We have spent time curating the perfect luxury villa inventory so that we can match-make the clients to their dream homes. It’s all about the details and making sure that every aspect of a client’s request is taken into consideration.

**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Source suitable stock for our inventory
- Source client-specific stock
- Fulfill client briefs for short-term rentals
- Client Services
- Client communication
- Marketing input of available stock from portfolio
- Coordinate and manage relationships with property owners
- Concierge services for clients
- Manage, organise and grow the property and client database

**Requirements**:
**_ Preferred skills:_**
- Excellant communication skills (verbal and business writing)
- Attention to detail
- Brilliant client services skills
- Advanced planning and fantastic organisation skills
- Tertiary education preferable

3 - 5 years in property or similar
