Analytical individual with an eye for detail required by market leader within the Global Services Sector. This systems-orientated and highly structured will be required to:

- Make sure that all policies and procedures are updated and aligned with business standards
- Develop and implement quality control audit plans
- Ensure that processes comply with industry standards
- Preparing and presenting quality audit reports to senior management
- Documenting compliance issues and make recommendations for improvement

Qualification and experience required:

- Matric
- Related Quality Management Certificate
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a quality auditor in a Call Centre environment/financial services sector/insurance industry
- Sound working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced organizational skills
