REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be able to safely bandsaw machine
- Must be able to clean the bandsaw machine
- Must be able to split Hindquarter & forequarter
- Must be able to cut up beef, sheep & lamb
- Must be able to cut up single steaks

SOBER HABITS, ATTENTION TO DETAILS,ADHERE AND UNDERSTAND FOOD SAFTEY PROTOCOLS, WORK UNDER PRESSURE, FIT WELL INTO A TEAM, GOOD COMMUNICATION ABILITIES, BE ABLE TO EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENT CUTS TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

**Salary**: From R1,950.00 per month
