Head of Finance

We’re seeking an experienced and commercially minded **Financial Manager / Head of Finance **to join a Medium sized, but rapidly growing, privately owned industrial company based in **Benoni, Gauteng. **You will work very closely with the CEO. The company is on a strong growth trajectory, and this requires an individual with strong experience in working capital management. You will head up the Finance Team, and have a strong focus on divisional, and business unit analysis.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee the finance team.
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual reporting and analysis.
- Assist with Internal Control.
- Working capital management.
- Assist with company long - term financial sustainability.

**Desired Qualifications, Experience & Attributes**
- CA(SA); CGMA; AGA(SA).
- At least 6 years experience in a mid to senior level financial position (required)
- “Product” experience non - negotiable (manufacture / FMCG / Retail / Wholesale etc)
- Strong commercial acumen, and experience in raising financing.
- Strong manager, and leader

**CTC expectation**
- R800 000 - R1,400,000 per annum (highly dependent on experience and qualification)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R800,000.00 - R1,400,000.00 per year
