Vegetation Management company is looking for Chainsaw Operators X2 with Certificates in Chainsaw Operating.
Job description Status: Fixed Term Contract (12 months) may be extended.
**Responsibilities**:
Felling, debranching and cross cutting of trees in the harvesting operations on the plantation.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Key Accountabilities
Felling, debranching and cross cutting of trees in clear-fell and thinning operation
Achieving BOP targets set by supervisor/forester
Servicing/cleaning of chainsaw everyday
Ensure regular chainsaw check list
Report faults immediately to supervisor/forester
Adhoc duties as requested from your Plantation manager
**Job Types**: Permanent, Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
