Chain Hardware Distribution (Pty) Ltd T/A Brights Hardware with stores at Montague Park & Plattekloof Village, is offering a learnership programme to achieve an NQF Level 3 National Certificate in Stock Control in a Retail Outlet.

The intervention is a Wholesale & Retail SETA Funded Learnership with a monthly stipend that is paid for 12 months (full length of the Learnership period).

The purpose of the learnership is to assist unemployed youth to gain work knowledge and experience and to provide learners an opportunity to gain a qualification while being employed. On the job training and experience will be provided exposure to receiving, marking & packing, and assisting in various departments within the store.

**Requirements for the Learnership**:

- Matric Certificate (Gr 12) or an Equivalent NQF4 qualification (Essential)
- Must be an unemployed youth
- Approximately 2+ years working experience in a Retail sales environment (Essential)
- Should have worked in an environment where Customer service is a priority.
- Should not have participated in any previous/other learnership employment.

**Expectation from the company**:

- Working Hours: 5 days a week from 8:00am to 17:00pm (60min lunch) = 40 hours
- The store opens at 8:00am daily and punctuality and consistent attendance is essential.
- Be Customer/Client service oriented with Excellent communication skills.
- Must be committed to the 12-month learnership and driven to do the best at the job at hand.
