Oversee and support SHEQ efforts and goals.
- Define, propose, and carry out the yearly production plan.
- Communicating with appropriate departments about out-of-stock items and placing out-of-stock orders on back orders.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure that stock levels at dispatch are current.
- Oversee all aspects of the Dispatch manufacturing process, including maintenance and labour.
- Manage logistics, including dispatch, warehousing, and stock of raw materials needed in manufacturing.
- Create and implement operational organizational/production improvements.
- Concentrate on increasing business and income by making required modifications to the product/production line to enter new markets or expand existing regions. Product/production line to enter new markets or grow existing territories.
- Double-checking orders at dispatch by ensuring that pickers and checkers follow the company policy.
- Long over time hours, you will be asked to work on a consistent basis to guarantee orders are loaded accurately and on schedule - Non-Negotiable.
- Overall command of the Dispatch department.

**Requirements**:

- **South African Citizen with an ID**:

- **Fluent in writing, speaking and reading Afrikaans and/or English**:

- **Non EE/AA position**:

- **Live in or near the working premises (Muldersdrift, GP)**:

- MS office intermediate experience.
- Diploma or degree qualification.
- Own vehicle with a valid Driver's license
- Valid driver’s license
- Completed Matric
