Leading the Organisations divisions financial team.

Take responsibility for the overall financial function of the Organisations division.

Participate in and setting the strategic direction for the division.

Devise and implement the strategy, goals, and targets for the financial function in line with Organisation and Security and Aviation Cluster strategy.

Build relationships with relevant stakeholders including Shareholders, Bankers, Auditors, Regulatory

Authority, peers across the Organisations Services Division.

Maintain a sound control environment.

Maintain and improve financial systems, procedures, processes, and infrastructure.

Ensure that Organisation meets its regulatory and legal obligation in general but specifically related to the financial aspects of the business.

Ensure that Finance Team delivers in line with specific deadlines amongst others;
Financial Reports, Year-End Financials, Internal Audit Information, External Audit Compliance,

Budgets, Risk Reports, Tax Submissions and Sustainability Reports.

Drive and maintain tax compliance throughout the Organisations division including VAT, PAYE, ETI,

Learnership Allowances and Company Tax.

Fulfil fiduciary duties as a Director on the Board

Provide advice and support to the board and CEO on strategic objectives and financial matters of company

Managing process for forecasts, budgets, and preparation of all financial reporting

Management of working capital.

Responsible for Human Resources and Information Technology functions

Qualification

Chartered Accountant qualification (CA.SA)

Experience

Previous experience as a Chief Financial Officer or similar position;
Previous experience in manufacturing, IT, engineering or output-based industries will be advantageous.

Experience in tax management and Company restructuring advantageous.

**Skills**:
Relevant Financial qualification at an appropriate level for the seniority of the position.

Extensive experience in all aspects of the financial function as required in the position.

Extensive working knowledge and experience in using Excel and Financial computer-based systems.

A good understanding of the BBBEE codes of good practice.

Strong analytical skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent time management and administrative skills and ability.

Proven track record in building and leading a team.

Proven track record in meeting deadlines and delivering under pressure.

Driver’s licence and own transport.

Clean credit and criminal record.

Between 3 - 5 Years
