**Role Mission**
The Telesales and invoicing clerk reports to the NSM. The objective is to play a role in executing daily sales related functions, calling on existing customers on database for orders and following up on queries in accordance with the Brands Promise principle. Ensuring that all Courier customers are contacted first at the start of every for meeting ETA on deliveries or repairs. Checking orders placed before Invoicing and updating daily sales figures. supporting the sales team where necessary with certain tasks and functions. Supporting the WC Depot where necessary. Overall an A-Player that goes above and beyond what is expected
**Accountabilities**:
- Meet and Exceed the Weekly /Monthly Sales Budget
- Calling all customers in all regions (GP, KZN, WC, OFS and Namibia)
- Invoicing of all orders and logging repairs
- Updating of clients database /Calling list on any possible changes
- Playing a supporting role to sales representative in all the regions
- Ensure national promotions are sold into the Sites and presented in accordance with the companies Standards.
- Launch of new products as and when presented
**Metric**:
- Quarterly results and Annual results vs Budget as issued by the company
- Ensuring 100% contact in every region is made Daily/weekly and monthly as per schedule
- Updating customers on ETA on repairs and deliveries
- Constantly checking Data integrity
- Ensuring communication on Zero Customers/unavailable clients is achieved monthly
- Number of promotions sold in exceed budget during promotional periods
**Key Competencies**:
- Own reliable transport (To and from work)
- Well presentable
- Experience in FMCG Sales (Added advantage)
- Experience working on Excel and MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Understanding of basic accounting math
- Strong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting information.
- Familiar with accounting software (PASTEL to be precise)
- Solid organizational skills to keep track of invoices.
- Great customer service skills to work with various clients and suppliers.
- An all-rounder A-Player that is able to adapt, go above and beyond their duties.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to R7,500.00 per month
