We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Graphic Designer at Burg Design, you will work closely with our senior designers and creative directors to bring innovative design concepts to life. This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual eager to develop their skills and grow within a collaborative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing design ideas from concept to final execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Prepare and refine design presentations and production files.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices to contribute fresh ideas to projects.
- Support the team in maintaining project timelines and meeting deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners, including printers and packaging suppliers.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Basic knowledge of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the design industry.
- Previous experience or internships in branding and packaging design is a plus but not required.
