As a Construction Estimator, your mission will be to play a vital role in the project development process. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating tenders, bids, and feasibility studies to support project planning
- Conducting comprehensive cost estimations to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting
- Actively participating in project teams, collaborating with management and supervision for seamless project execution

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences:

- A relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Engineering, demonstrating your expertise in the field
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an estimator in an Engineering environment, showcasing your proficiency in estimating practices
- Previous experience with CCS (Construction Computer Software) at an advanced level, providing you with the necessary tools to streamline estimating processes
- Ability to develop accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and measure quantities from construction drawings, ensuring precise estimations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling you to effectively collaborate with project teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Project, allowing you to effectively manage project timelines and resources

Roles & Responsibilities: In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on project outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing support to the Project team in the formation of their EPCM estimates, ensuring accurate and timely delivery
- Coordinating the estimate input from relevant disciplines/individuals, aligning with project requirements and proposal schedules
- Obtaining supplier quotes and pricing data to enhance estimating accuracy and competitiveness
- Facilitating risk assessment for project work, ensuring comprehensive estimating provisions
- Studying and analyzing RFQ documentation to fully understand client requirements and proposal expectations
- Collating and verifying all commercial and technical information, summarizing it for effective decision-making
- Developing a robust database of rates and costs, ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Submitting the estimate to the Proposal Engineer for final review and client submission
- Assisting the project team with estimate information upon project award, ensuring seamless transition from estimating to project execution
