**Functions and duties**
- Processing of daily banking/payments received
- Follow up and collection of outstanding monies (work off an arrears list/age)
- Achieving targets
- Claiming monthly and special debit orders
- Processing of daily JNL’s, account maintenance and account recons
- Submit settlement requests to settlements dept, then check + sign off settlements
- Submit cancellation requests to cancellations dept
- Checking of new deals and control of Welcome Pack - (bank details, entity name, contact details, rental amount, 1st claims)
- Preparing legal handovers
- Disclosing deals to the banks
- Assignment agreements (sending docs to client)
- Account maintenance (unallocated docs, small balances)

**Provide Weekly Dashboard**
- Compile a weekly report on all outstanding Debtors in allocated range.
- Give detailed reasons for all non-payments as well as actions steps taken to resolve.

**Liaison and Query resolution and escalation**
- Liaise with customers, sales team and Centre's to resolve all customer Queries.
- Escalate unresolved issues timeously to management for assistance,
- Follow up and escalate all unresolved issues within escalation time lines.

**Qualifications /requirements**
- Credit Management Certificate/ relevant qualification
- 5 years plus Debtors experience
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Good communication in both English and Afrikaans
- Attention to detail
- Ability to cope under pressure
- Organizational skills
- Good numeracy skills and Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work overtime when required to do so

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Debtors: 5 years (preferred)
