The purpose of the role is to provide support in the planning, reporting and governance of the overall strategic change portfolio Book of Work (BoW) for the Product Solutions Cluster (PSC), ensuring that initiatives are tracked appropriately to ensure delivery of real value more sustainably

**Job Description**:
Portfolio Planning & Delivery Reporting
- Monitor portfolio change data for data quality issues, ensuring completeness, accuracy, reliability to improve speed of execution, improve delivery quality and de-risking of Change portfolio.
- Ensure that benefits defined in business cases for key PSC initiatives are realized and that potential shortfalls or changes in the environment are highlighted at PSC Change Committee.
- In collaboration with PMOs in the BUs, drive end to end delivery of the key PSC projects by reviewing the BoW performance of each BU (portfolio health analysis) against project timelines, agreed outputs and defined quality standards.
- Monitor and collaborate with BU PMOs to ensure projects are run according to defined standards & guidelines and continue to deliver the required benefits.
- Review logged risks and issues to determine execution risk trends and to identify impediments to project delivery.
- Drive compliance and ownership in the use Group adopted reporting tools in PSC and interface with the Group team to resolve portfolio-wide matters which impact the adoption of the reporting tool.
- Analyse data to generate key actionable insights and work with stakeholders to improve resource & capacity management and delivery performance.

Governance & Reporting
- In collaboration with PMOs provide integrated reporting and insights for the PSC Change Committee.
- Interface with the Group Strategy Realisation Office reporting requirements and drive a culture of proactive change compliance in PSC.
- Partner with PMOs to ensure that all projects and initiatives undertaken by PSC conform to the adopted change methodology and/ or best practices.

Accountability: Stakeholder Management
- Actively promote the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders by building strong relationships.

Education

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
