A drilling & blasting company on the KZN South Coast is looking to employ
**apprentices.**

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Ensure adherence to safety, health,
- Carry out services and maintenance with artisan on various machinery
- Standby roster and call outs (overtime)
- Assist in completing job cards and machine reports
- Partaking in daily safety toolbox talks

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ** - Trade test qualification - N2 (anything environment and quality requirements above N2 will be an advantage)
- Valid South African Driving License
- Strong understanding of mechanics - Must be able to work under the mentorship of an Artisan as the immediate supervisor
- Must be able to pass a medical examination to perform site specific duties - Basic auto-electrical experience advantageous - Good communicator and a Team Player - Stress Tolerance and efficient under pressure - Adaptable, flexible and willing to travel
- Computer literacy advantageous
- Willing to relocate to South Coast KZN

**Market related package that includes a cell phone contract.**

**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- South African Driving License (required)
- Trade test qualification (required)
