IQVIA is looking for a **Senior Coordinator** to provide support and assistance to project managers and project teams to support all project-related activities for the assigned projects in accordance with SOPs, policies and practices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish new processes and improve upon existing processes related to project support.
- Manage the setup and maintenance of all project documentation files and records related to the scope of work and SOPs.
- Coordinate collaboration with Head Offices of hospital chains.
- Collaborate with local medical and patients’ associations (such as SASS, NASA, HSFSA).
- Supervise and coordinate patient awareness campaigns.
- Manage communication with local key stakeholders.
- Create and coordinate all information and communications for assigned projects.
- Develop training materials related to new project deliverables.
- Update and maintain internal databases, tracking systems and project plans with project specific information.
- Prepare, analyze and distribute status, tracking and costs of specific project deliverables.
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summary data.
- Create and establish SOPs and procedures for specific tasks assigned to a project.
- Coordinate project team and customer meetings, identifying and planning appropriate channel (web, teleconferencing, face to face).
- Ensure arrangements for face to face meetings are handled appropriately. Determining and plan all meeting requirements in advance.
- Take and record minutes, notes and actions at assigned meetings, distribute and follow up accordingly.
- Coordinate with other project support staff within and across the organization to identify and consolidate support processes.
- Serve as primary backup contact for internal project team and for external stakeholders / customers as designated by project manager.
- Train and mentor more junior project support staff.
- Follow all legal requirements, from local countries and all IQVIA compliance requirements as well as the respective requirements of the customers are met.
- Follow all global and local regulations IQVIA Concerning Data Protection and Data Security Referring to IT (Information Technology).
- Report all potential adverse drug reactions or product complaints within 24 hours as defined by the pharmacovigilance contact.
- Complete all assigned global and local e-learning and face-to-face trainings required by IQVIA.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE,** **SKILLS AND ABILITIES**
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office Suite, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, MS Outlook, and Internet).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment and independently to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain demanding timelines.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Ability to prioritize, actively seek input, and problem-solve.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to be self-directed, prioritize opportunities and perform multiple tasks.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients.
- Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
- Fluent in English

**MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree and related experience; or equivalent combination of education, Training and experience
