300k neg depending on experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field pref
- At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exposure to the Food/Feed/Agri commodity sector essential
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English and in Afrikaans languages
- Solution oriented and pro-active problem solving
- Dedicated and diligent and able to work under pressure during season

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Reconcile all contracts and investigate and resolve stock differences
- Physical delivery of grain by road to harbour (local/domestic distribution)
- Ensure settlement of all contracts once completed and in accordance with contract payment terms
- Inform customers about order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete the sale
- Planning for customer contract delivery
- Collaboration with traders re customer requirements; Invoicing and Contracts
- Obtaining quotes from transporters
- Daily and consistent liaison with customers and road transporters regarding requirements, planning, offload points, stock levels, delays at offloading point etc.
- Identify efficiency & cost saving opportunities in the supply chain
- Resolve all customer queries as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Maintain a good relationship with customers
