_Opinex Contact Centre_ is a growing company based in Chatsworth, Durban

We are looking for seasoned trainers to join our dynamic team and ensure that training of all new hires is facilitated effectively, which encompasses coaching and product training.

To learn and continuously improve the content and delivery styles required to train new trainees and develop the existing agent capabilities. Can confidently deliver required courses with exceptional product and skills knowledge.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with Call Centre Manager and Human Resources to support all training and on-boarding activities (Recruitment, coaching, upskilling and record keeping)
- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
- Deliver new hire training and other departmental training programs
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers, and communicate training needs to management.
- Train all aspects of the program to new hires and refresher training to tenured employees
- Coach learners when gaps or non-performance is identified
- Present training information, using a variety of instructional techniques and formats such as role playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement
- Work in conjunction with the Quality Assurance team to ensure training and quality goals are met
- Provide and record required new hire training as well as on boarding new employees.
- Provide and record required continuous training for Sales Consultants.
- Develop alternative training methods if expected improvements are not seen.
- Facilitate the designing, planning, organizing and maintaining requisite inventory of training manuals, tests, visual aids and other educational materials.
- Develop and implement training curriculum content modifications and updates as needed.
- Work with managers to make continuous incremental script improvements to enhance the sales process.
- Monitor and stay current with system changes to ensure accuracy of training.
- Assist in revising training materials based on evaluations and other indicators.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification (NQF 5 or 6)
- 3-5 years of Training or facilitation experience in a BPO environment ( Call Centre)
- Must have facilitator assessor and moderator certificates
- Training experience in a Contact Centre environment Essential
- Strong communication skills with great attention to detail
- Strong administration skills

COVID-19 considerations:
COVID-19 protocols include mandatory mask usage, the provision of sanitizing stations throughout the company, as well as regular work space disinfection throughout the day.

Pay: R12,000.00 - R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chatsworth, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cold calling: 1 year (preferred)
- Trainer or Facilitator: 1 year (preferred)
