**Salary**: R350 000 - R400 000

**JOB SUMMARY **The incumbent will be responsible for constructing full size engineering patterns from specific construction materials such as timber, polymer (resin) or metal to produce castings and tooling as a positive or negative shape for specific products used in various manufacturing industries.

**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Qualified Patternmaker
- N2 / N3

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 5 years’ experience in Foundry / Pattern shop
- Work with engineering drawings, sketches or from examples to manufacture components

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Read, interpret and use drawings and specifications
- Judgement to work with different machine tools
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter /motivator
- Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to initiate action
- The ability to work with a diverse group of people

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R350,000.00 - R400,000.00 per year
