**Responsibilities**:
Order Management:
1. Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize end-to-end order management processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfilment.

2. Customer Service: Oversee customer service operations related to order inquiries, tracking, and issue resolution.

3. Returns Management: Develop and implement effective returns and exchange processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Drive positive customer ratings

5. Manage the abandoned carts process to generate more sales

Marketing:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business objectives.

3. Customer Acquisition and Retention: Implement strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, fostering brand loyalty.

4. Analytics and Reporting: Utilise data analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

5. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, content creators, and external partners to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.

6. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.

Data Management:
Oversee the collection, validation, and maintenance of e-commerce data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Manage product information, pricing, and inventory data to support seamless online transactions.

Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize data analytics tools to generate insights and identify trends in customer behaviour, sales performance, and website engagement.

Prepare and present regular reports to key stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

E-Commerce Optimization:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving the online shopping experience.

Implement strategies to enhance product discoverability, recommend similar products, and optimize the customer journey.

Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits of e-commerce data to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure consistency across all platforms.

Technology Integration:
Work closely with IT and development teams to integrate new technologies and tools that enhance e-commerce data management and analysis capabilities.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to e-commerce data.

Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align data strategies with overall business objectives.

Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.
