Online Sales consultant

**Responsibilities**:

- Process incoming online orders timeously and efficiently
- Effective Customer liaison on status / issues with order
- Managing customer expectations
- Internally source products for short stock orders
- Liaise with KZN AND CPT sales team on slit orders
- Knowledge of areas and suburbs in JHB
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Handle grievances/complaints to preserve the company’s reputation
- Direct customers to relevant department
- Tracking of orders
- Monitoring 3rd party deliveries.
- Following up with internal staff on Oustanding orders

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks with a high attention to detail.
- Knowledge of computer systems (Syspro).
- Knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, excel, word)
- Ability to work Saturdays.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to address complaints effectively.

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R17 000,00 per month
