My client is an established and leading medium sized Auditing and Accounting firm in Somerset West. They are seeking to employ a experienced Debtors Clerk who is diligent and self-motivated to join their team.

**Key administrative responsibilities include**:

- Daily bank reconciliations;
- Reconciliation of accounts across systems;
- Sending debtor statements;
- Attending to client queries as they arise;
- Meeting deadlines.
- Proficient in English and Afrikaans;
- Effective communication skills (verbal & written);
- Proven experience with the collection of outstanding debt;
- Professional and courteous;
- Administratively oriented and organised;
- Be attentive to detail
- Experience in the use of Xero Accounting and Greatsoft will be a further advantage.
