Purpose of the Job:
The Twizza Internship Development Program (IDP) is a 12 months' programme that provides an introduction to the working world, as well as a strong foundation for further development. Support Recruitment for vacant positions including related administrative actions, longlisting, arranging assessments and coordinating recruitment schedules. Maintain confidential personnel records, HR databases and archives, to ensure data and files are accurately stored according to audit requirements.

Education, experience and competencies required:
- Grade 12
- Must be unemployed Diploma / Graduates
- With an Advance Diploma or Degree in Human Resources
- Must be Computer Literate (MS Office).
- Complying to Health and Safety
- Trustworthy, Cooperative, proactive and willing - Friendly, Able to work quickly and under pressure
- Consistently behaves in a manner that is appropriate and professional
- Understand and carry out instructions
- Good verbal and communication skills, Read instructions in English & write
